Vision versus implementation

Q: How did the project change from your initial (iteration 0) vision or stories, or did it work out as predicted?

Adrian:

I think this project mostly turned out to be what we were aiming for at the start but somewhat simpler than our original vision. During our initial meetings for coming up with our project’s features, we drew sketches of what we hoped our project would look like. As we progressed through the project, we found ourselves trying to think of ways to implement what we had planned in simpler and easier ways. The features implemented may match what we had initially written but comparing them to our sketches really shows that it doesn’t truly match what we envisioned. This could be because we didn’t fully know what we as a group were capable of and overestimated our abilities.
